Abby turned 8 months, and celebrated by hitting a whole bunch of milestones within just a few days. First, she figured out how to move her knees and hands together, and started really crawling everywhere. She's so curious, and getting into everything. 2 days later, she figured out how to push against things to pull herslef up on low objects- the diaper caddy, the bottom step, a hamper. She successfully can cruise along the couch, and likes to take her hands off one at a time to wave proudly at us. A few times, she has thought she could remove both hands, only to fall right down, but she is still determined. Right around then, she also cut her first tooth on her bottom gum. It's only sticking out a teeny bit, but you can feel the sharp point. She's eating almost everything we give her, and has dropped down to 2 naps a day.
